Stress-Less Holidays

We look forward to the holidays as we have more time to be with friends and family, we have more time away from responsibilities and we get to “cheat” on our diets and our exercise routines. In order to enjoy the holidays we have to keep our bodies healthy. If our body isn’t healthy, our minds cannot be healthy. When our minds are stressed we can’t enjoy fully.
