Travis is a firm believer that our spiritual energy plays a vital role in our health. In his early twenties, he found Qi Gong meditation through his martial arts practice. He discovered its benefits on anxiety, stress reduction, physical pain, focus, learning, and well-being in general. While earning his Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology, he gave presentations in Neurotheology, discussing the brains relationship with spirituality. Travis’ masters degree Thesis was a clinical trial on the effects meditation has on neuroplasticity, the brains ability to ‘re-wire’ itself and grow new brain cell connections. Travis incorporates energy healing such as meditation, stress reduction, and chakra opening into his healing that provides a comprehensive approach to healing that teaches you how to take control of your health. Travis was born and raised in Fort Walton Beach, FL and when not practicing he enjoys exercise, meditation, cooking, hiking, traveling, reading, and studying all things for health and healing.
