I get cramps in my legs and other places. Not bad, but need to know what to do.
Cramps are typically due to a lack of minerals - in particular magnesium, calcium and potassium. The only side effect is that too many can cause diarrhea. If you already suffer diarrhea, then you most likely have a digestive enzyme deficiency, which will need to be addressed first. If you don’t, I recommend starting with a colloidal mineral supplement. This is a liquid blend that you’ll keep in your refrigerator and take first as directed on the bottle. After 3 days, if there is no improvement, double the dose.
