What can I do about decreasing my joint pain?
Joint pain is an inflammatory response. Refer to my article, The Inflammatory Response to receive an overall understanding of what causes inflammation. Then recognize that inflammation will end up in different diagnoses depending on our weak spots. Joints represent mobility. If your weak spot is in your joints, on the energetic level you have an opportunity to work through emotions that reflect a resistance to being flexible in some area of your life. While you begin understanding what may be contributing to your inflammation I highly suggest that you take advantage of the emotional opportunity to heal with acceptance and joy.
